Balkan Technical Services (BTS) is an Oracle NetSuite Partner since 2009.
The company was founded in 2008 by Dougie Smith. Dougie was part of the NetSuite UK Professional Services and Sales team for a long time before he moved to Bulgaria and established the company that became an Oracle NetSuite Partner on the next year. Dougie still maintains a very close relationship with NetSuite Professional Services EMEA and works directly with them on several fronts including but not limited to the Project Management Office, key project sponsorship and get involved in the larger more complex multi-national projects NetSuite themselves are delivering. Dougie has in excess of 14 years NetSuite experience and prior to that worked in both sales and PS roles for a software business out with the ERP arena.
The BTS also has some additional key team members as follows
Pavlina Petrova – Pavlina has 9 years experience working with NetSuite under the BTS brand. Pavlina’s background is in accounting and finance and prior to joining BTS she has spent over 10 years working with large corporate customers for one of the leading banks within Central and Eastern Europe. Pavlina has also been contracted directly to NetSuite EMEA Professional Services to work on their European projects (5 years of experience) – predominantly within the Wholesale and Distribution vertical. As a Practice Manager at BTS, she spearheads the sales and the Professional Services team.
Miroslav Dikov – Miroslav joined BTS directly out of University and has been an integral part of the team as the business established its operation in Bulgaria. Miroslav has been working for BTS for 7 years and has focused his time over all the BTS customers since joining. Miroslav is a Functional consultant but he also works very closely with the technical team of BTS on design build and Quality Assurance of technical solutions. He provides daily support to our customers ensuring efficiencies and allowing their organizations to operate smoothly within NetSuite.
Kristian Chernev – Kristian joined BTS 5 years ago and came from a banking and finance background with many years of customer service and people management experience in two of the largest Bulgarian banks. Kristian primes the BTS sales pipeline and manages the customer relationship with new and existing customers. He also plays an active role on the implementation of NetSuite in our customer’s organizations – he works as a Functional consultant through discovery, scoping, design build and testing and maintains ongoing support to customers.
