Hyamatrix is a Hungarian company, that sells highly effective anti-ageing cosmetic products from the brand of Hyamatrix. The start of the implementation was in second half of 2015 and the start of the system was in Jan 2016.
Scope of the project:
- Finance& Accounting, (Record to report)
- Purchase processes – Purchase orders, Receipts, Accounts Payables and Payment (Procure to Pay)
- Sales processes – Sales orders and Fulfilments, Accounts Receivables management and Customer payments (Order to Cash)
- Multi-warehouse inventory, Inventory Mangement (Design to Build)
- Custom built integration between NetSuite and GLS (courier’s system) to automate the process of transportations costs estimates.
